You should first check the Schedule to our Publication Scheme to see if the type of information you are looking for is mentioned. If it is, the Scheme will provide you with a contact number, and where relevant, a direct web link.
There are other ways in which you can request information:
Please give a clear and detailed description of the information you need. A council officer can assist you if necessary. Give your name or organisation, a postal or email address, and a contact telephone number.
If you require the information in a special format please explain your requirements when you make your request.
If your request has been made over the telephone and is complex, we will confirm the details in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires that requests for information should be in writing, but if the information required is very straightforward, and can be supplied quickly and accurately, we will try to waive that requirement.
If there is a charge, we will advise you and you will be required to pay before we can forward any information to you.
