- Monday to Friday - 6.30am to 10.00pm
- Saturday - 8.00am to 8.30pm
- Sunday - 9.00am to 8.30pm
Bank holiday opening times
The centre's opening times will change on both of the upcoming bank holidays. The opening times on each day will be as follows;
Monday 6th May - Gym & Sports Hall - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Swimming - 9:00am - 4:00pm
Monday 27th May - Gym & Sports Hall - 9:00am - 5:00pm
Swimming - 9:00am - 4:00pm

Fast track system
Your membership cards for all annual and direct debit members are now available for you to collect at Becontree Heath Leisure Centre.
As an annual Active member or a direct debit Active member you can now use the fast track facility available on site where you can book yourself onto an Aerobics class, Fitness session, Swimming session and a Sports Hall session.
All Active members must log their activity at either the fast track kiosk or at reception before each session.
