Ways to reduce your council tax

Please read this section before you give us the details:

  • If you are moving from an address in the borough, please fill section A and I
  • If you rented the property (for example tenants, licensees and residents with no tenure), please fill section B and I
  • If you owned the property, please fill section C and I
  • If you are moving into an address from outside the borough, please fill section D and I
  • If you are moving into an address in Barking and Dagenham and own the property, please fill section E and I
  • If your new home is in the borough and you rent the property, please fill section F and I
  • If you are giving information on behalf of someone else or information relates to change of circumstances, please fill section G and I
  • If you represent the former occupier(s), please fill section H and I
