Members of European Parliament (MEPs)

Members of the European Parliament are elected for a 5 year term. London has 9 MEPs and any can be contacted for help.

In addition to their role as legislators, MEPs approve the appointment of the European Commission, decide the European Union budget with the member states, monitor spending, approve international agreements, question European Union Commissioners and national Ministers, and appoint the European Ombudsman.
