Responses were received to the consultation that took place in early 2008 with regards to the polling station review conducted in accordance with the Electoral Administration Act 2006.

The electoral register is the list of everyone who is entitled to vote. It is updated every year using details from the registration form you receive each Autumn from your local council.
There is now rolling registration, which means the register is updated every month.
