Rent Collection

What we do

We set up and close rent accounts for Council properties and garages as advised by your Local Housing Office.

We amend details on your rent account such as name changes and deal with applications for rent refunds.

We send out rent statements and rent payment cards as well as giving general advice on your rent account and various methods of payment.

We also offer advice on rent debt, make payment arrangements and take necessary rent recovery action.
