Payment with Allpay

We are extending our card payment scheme to make it easier for you to pay your council rent and council tax.

Now you can pay your bills at more than 100 local outlets, including all post offices and a wide range of shops.

Simply take your Barking and Dagenham Council payment card to the counter and pay using 1 of the methods listed below.

Pay with cash, a cheque or a debit card at any post office, or pay with cash or a debit card at any store which displays the Pay zone logo, ePay logo, or pay with cash at any store which displays the Pay Point logo.

Keep your receipt in a safe place to prove you have paid.
