Do you owe rent?

We realise people sometimes find it difficult to keep up with their rent payments, perhaps because they are ill, unemployed or having personal problems. We have a duty to collect all rent, however, if you have problems paying your rent please contact the Rent Collection Team at the address shown immediately for advice before the debt gets too large.

What you must do if you owe rent

Pay all outstanding rent immediately, if you know you have the means to do so or contact us to arrange an agreement
Contact the Rent Collection Team to inform them of your difficulty in paying your rent
Seek expert advice on benefits that you may qualify for Local Service Addresses
To complete a housing benefit and council tax form if your income is low and you are unable to pay the rent
