If you already have a plastic payment card issued by the council, you may pay free at any Post Office in the country. Your local Post Offices are shown below.
You should continue to use the same payment card each year. The only time you would need to apply for a new card is if your name and address has changed.
If you do not have a payment card and wish to apply for one, you can do this by emailing ctax@lbbd.gov.uk. Please ensure that you quote your account number or name and address. We will issue a new card as soon as possible. Please continue to pay direct using your existing method of payment until the payment card is received.
Payments made at Post Offices will be entered on your account within 3 working days.
