In order to help people claim housing/council tax benefits or any other benefit that they may be eligible for, the housing benefits service provides a dedicated team of officers who carry out home visits.
The Visiting and Welfare Officers provide an advisory service to customers in the comfort of their own home and they can also assist with the completion of any forms that are needed.
