This Panel was set-up in December 2002 and is made up of 5 Members and an independent external representative.
It aims to investigate the range and provision of leisure facilities across the borough (both council and private) and to decide whether these offer residents adequate choice and availability.
In doing so, the Panel will also examine the cost and usage of facilities and consider any areas of duplicated provision.
