This Panel was set-up in November 2003 and is made up of 5 Members and an independent external representative.
Its aim is to establish the reasons and the course of events leading up to the termination of the joint top management arrangements between us and the Primary Care Trust.
It will also clarify the current status of the partnership and examine the implications of the situation, considering any improvements for future partnership working.
