Customer First - Customer Focus
Funding the Future - Integrating Financial Planning with Service Planning
Performance Counts - Business processes to ensure the efficient delivery of quality services
People Matter - Organisational development (people and culture)

Community First

Originally used in the Private Sector as a management tool, we have adapted the model to reflect its' wider community leadership role and has included the Community First element.

This element consists of the 7 community priorities and are supported by the other 16 strategic objectives. All together these represent a balanced mixture of internal and external priorities that must be addressed.
