Outcomes

The 7 community priorities, which set the context for all the actions of the council, were developed in conjunction with local residents, businesses, groups and organisations living in the borough.

 

They are based on the main concerns that were highlighted throughout the consultation, and set out how Barking and Dagenham plans to improve the borough for everyone who lives, works or visits here.

 

They form the Community First element of the council scorecard and ensure that the service scorecards contribute to the overall delivery of these priorities. The actions taken against these objectives will deliver results for local people, including:
