Balanced Scorecard
Children's Services Department 2006-2009
The Balanced Scorecard is our main performance management tool.
They contain the key objectives for each service necessary to deliver both our corporate objectives and individual service priorities.
It works by identifying the services' strategic objectives and translating them into actions. Performance indicators are then used to measure the progress of the actions.
