Building a Strong Community
This is the second community cohesion strategy and action plan to be adopted by the Barking and Dagenham Partnership.
Our first strategy, 'One Community', laid down the foundation upon which to establish a more focused set of values and priorities.
Since that strategy was adopted in 2004, the borough has seen considerable change, and it is appropriate that we use new approaches to meet the needs of our residents, today and into the future.
