Undertaking an effective best value review is challenging - ask anybody who has completed one.
No 2 reviews are the same and this toolkit will not answer all your questions.
The toolkit will however provide some instruction and guidance on how best to tackle best value reviews, in particular cross-cutting reviews.
The toolkit looks at the review under a number of key stages and provides a series of guidance notes for each stage.
The toolkit will be updated on a regular basis to ensure it is in line with statutory requirements and government policy.
