The Sports Development Unit is now offering a health walk, somewhere in the borough almost every day of the week. We will also be starting some evening walks as the evenings get lighter and warmer. If you are interested in taking some gentle exercise or would like to make some new friends, then visit the health walks web page to find out when and where our walks are taking place.
