Our pool is the usual 25-metre x 10-metre design. It's ideal for swimmers of all abilities with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.5 metres (3 to 5 feet).

Monday and Tuesday, 7.30am - 9am and 12 noon - 9.30pm
Wednesday to Friday, 7.30am - 9am and 12 noon - 3.30pm
Friday - ladies only, 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Saturday, 11am - 3.45pm
Saturday - Fun splash, 4pm - 5.30pm
Sunday, 9am - 3.30pm
Sunday adult lane-swimming, 5pm - 7pm

Timetable will change during school holidays. Term time, 1.30pm - 3pm, shared use with schools.

Level 1 and 2 non-swimmers aged 5 or above

Level 3 and 4 beginners

Can swim 10 metres either on their front or back (paddling) and 5 metres of the other, both unaided.

Level 5 and 6 improver 1

For those who can swim:

25 metres backstroke
10 metres front crawl (face in); and
A basic breaststroke

Level 7 and 8 improver 2

For those who can swim:

50 metres backstroke and 15 metres front crawl (the correct stroke)
A good understanding of breaststroke; and
Able to tread water for 20 seconds

Level 9 and 10 advanced 1

For those who can swim 100 metres using 2 strokes to Amateur Swimming Association standard and:

15 metres of a third stroke (to a good standard);
A basic knowledge of butterfly; and
Able to tread water for 1 minute

Level 11 and 12 advanced 2

For those who can swim 200 metres using 3 strokes to Amateur Swimming Association standard and:

25 metres of good-quality butterfly; and
Able to surface dive (this is when you are already in the water and you dive towards the bottom of the pool)

We also offer one-to-one lessons for those who need:

More intense coaching
Crash courses during school holidays
Parent and baby sessions; and
Lessons for children aged 3 to 4 years
