Taxi Ranks
Taxi ranks are generally located close to the railway, bus and coach stations, and all major attractions, such as retail areas, places of employment and entertainment/leisure centres.
Taxi Ranks in Barking and Dagenham
We have 2 taxi ranks in the borough, these are for use only by public carriage office licensed black cabs:
- Standing space for 5 cabs on south-east side of Station Parade within the purpose built lay-by outside Barking Station
- A feeder rank with standing for 15 cabs on the west side of Wakering Road (left hand side road next to Barking Station)
