Borough Spending Plan 2006-2010

 

About the Borough Spending Plan

London boroughs submit annually to the Mayor of London, via Transport for London, a borough spending plan, to bid for capital grants for transport schemes. Transport for London allocates grants to London boroughs through what is called the Borough Spending Plan Settlement.

 

The last Borough Spending Plan Settlement, which was made in December 2005, included a £3,612,000 grant to Barking and Dagenham.

 

Through the borough Spending Plan process, London boroughs can obtain grants for different sorts of transport schemes, including:

We have a good record on delivering borough spending plan schemes, which helps with future bids and also means that Barking and Dagenham gets offered under spend from other boroughs.
