Penalty Charge Notices

How do I pay my penalty charge notice?

 

Drivers are advised not to make payment if they are wishing to submit an appeal against their penalty charge notice.

 

To pay online:

You can use our online service to pay at any time. You can also view images from the incident before deciding whether to pay or contest the fine.

 

To pay by post:

If a receipt is required, a stamped addressed envelope must be enclosed along with the payment. Please do not send cash through the post. Dishonoured cheques may be charged at a higher rate.

 

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the 'London Borough of Barking and Dagenham'.

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm

Saturday: 9am - 1pm

 

Civic Centre|

Rainham Road North

Dagenham

RM10 7BN

 

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 4.30pm.

 

If you pay by cash it is very important to get a receipt, in case there is any later query about your payment.

 

To pay by telephone:

Payment can be made using our 24 hour automated service on 020 8227 2050. Please have your payment card and penalty charge notice number ready when calling.

Penalty Charge Notices issued by CCTV enforcement|

Motorists who receive a parking or traffic Penalty Charge Notice issued by CCTV enforcement, are able to view still images from the video recording of the incident.
