Penalty Charge Notices

How do I pay my penalty charge notice?

Drivers are advised not to make payment if they are wishing to submit an appeal against their penalty charge notice.

If a receipt is required, a stamped addressed envelope must be enclosed along with the payment. Please do not send cash through the post. Dishonoured cheques may be charged at a higher rate.

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the 'London Borough of Barking and Dagenham'.

To pay in person:

Payment may be made in person at the following locations:

Barking Learning Centre, 2 Town Square, Barking, IG11 7NB

Opening hours: 9am - 7pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

9am - 5pm, Wednesday and Saturday.

Civic Centre, Rainham Road North, Dagenham, RM10 7BN

Opening hours: 9am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

If you pay by cash it is very important to get a receipt, in case there is any later query about your payment.
