Pay and display

 

Tariffs for on street pay and display parking bays will increase on Tuesday 1 April 2008.

 

In order to provide the community with quality car parking facilities, it is necessary for us to increase the charges of our pay and display tariffs.

 

Throughout our Barking controlled parking zone, we operate a number of on street pay and display parking schemes. Exact locations include:

• Wakering Road
• Park Avenue
• Longbridge Road
• George Street
• Linton Road
• London Road
• Abbey Road
• St. Paul's

The following conditions and new tariffs apply to all these locations:

• 0-30 minutes 80p
• Up to 1 hour £1.50
• Up to 2 hours £2.50
• Up to 3 hours £3.50
• Up to 4 hours £4.50

Hours of operations: 7am - 7pm, Monday to Saturday.

 

Maximum stay of 4 hours, with no return within 2 hours.
