The Parks and Countryside Ranger Service is running a borough-wide photo competition with some great photography prizes to be won!. The closing date is Monday 20 July 2009.

Visitor Centres - Millennium Centre|

Our visitor and education centre, open to the public throughout the year.

 

Peace and Memorial Garden - Central Park, Dagenham|

A living memorial to all those who have suffered abuse, persecution and death during hostilities and war.

 

Horse Riding|

We do not operate a riding school, although there are private clubs and facilities in the local area.

 

Fishing|

There are several places within the borough where fishing is permitted.

 

Trewern Residential Outdoor Centre|

We do not have a residential study centre in the borough, but instead children/adults can visit Trewern Outdoor Activity Centre.

 

Trees|

Our Tree Section maintain all trees owned by us in parks, open spaces, cemeteries, amenity greens and streets in this borough.
