What does the service provide?

This clinic is supported by a multi professional team of health care staff who will have specialist knowledge and skills. They will be able to offer help and advice for the more complex problems and difficulties that you may have.

 

How is the service accessed?

Venue: King George Hospital, Barley Court.

 

Falls Exercise Program - available via referral from the Falls Service

Community exercise groups

Those over 60 can apply for a Leisure Pass, which will reduce the price of a number of leisure activities to half price.

 

For further information regarding purchasing a Leisure Pass, contact your local council leisure centre.
