The services you will get if you are eligible for community care services

We will offer services to meet your assessed needs. As everyone's needs are different, the types and levels of service we offer will depend on your own particular circumstances.

 

We will not meet needs that the public in general have. For example, if you have a disability and cannot shop for yourself, we might help to shop for food, but we would not pay for the food, as everyone needs food and the money to buy it.
