Adult and Community Services

Fair access to care

How fair access will affect you if you are already receiving community care services

If you are already receiving community care services, we will review your care plan from time to time to check that our services are meeting your needs, and to find out if your needs have changed in any way.

The new eligibility criteria will probably not result in any changes for you. However, if we decide that you are no longer eligible for services, we will discuss any possible reduction or withdrawal of service with you before we take any action.
