Day Centres for older people and people with a disabilities

 

Adult and Community Services has a number of day centres for people with disabilities and for the elderly.

 

These services are only available following an assessment of need. This is a discussion with you to find out how best to support you with the problems you are having.

 

We will look at your needs and decide whether you are eligible for services including attending 1 of our day centres.
