The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham would like to invite Providers to this Event.
This is a forum for providers to focus on the Personalisation Agenda and its effect on the provider market. In line with the national report 'Putting People First', Barking and Dagenham intends to provide all care services in a personalised way by April 2011.
This will change the relationship between service users and providers, as well as changing the relationship between providers and the Council.
Personalisation will change the way provider organisation receive the majority of their funding. This event is designed to raise awareness, improve communication and engage providers in this challenging programme of change.
The event is also designed to answer questions for providers looking to ensure their organisation is fit for purpose as we move towards personalised services being the norm.

The day will be led by Joe Coogan, Director for Personalisation. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
