Barking and Dagenham Council has been asked by the Government to try out a new way of arranging the care and support people need to stay independent. This new approach is called individual budgets.
This film is an introduction to individual budgets. The Individual Budgets team explain the individual budget process, while service users describe in their own words the impact receiving an individual budgets has made to them.
