Adult and Community Services

User/Carer Forum

Do you use Adult and Community Services?

Come and have your say at the next User/Carer Forum. Details of the next Forum will be available soon from this page.

All service users and carers are invited.

The aim of the forum is to encourage as many users and their carers to come along and share their views and opinions on the services we provide. It's also a useful way of providing customers with information and advice.

Our last forum was a great success and covered a variety of important issues including Direct Payments, support for residents with sensory impairments, communication between services and the relationship between Adult and Community Services and the Primary Care Trust.

There was even a discussion about parking and refuse which the Forums Chairman, Councillor Hunt, has kindly taken back to our colleagues in the Regeneration Department.

The forum was well supported by Senior Members of staff from both the Primary Care Trust and Adult and Community Services. Their support on the night was invaluable.

A users forums feedback newsletter will be available soon to download from this page.
