Rechargeable Repairs

 

We do not bear the cost of all repairs to your property.

 

Where tenant's or visitors to the property have accidentally, negligently or purposely caused any damage, like breaking a window or getting locked out of a property, we will charge for the cost of works to rectify the problem.

 

Tenants should be advised that a repair is rechargeable when reporting it.

 

You might be able to claim back the cost of rechargeable repairs done through your Insurance policy. It is up to you to check your policy details to see if you are covered for accidental damage.
