Communal areas

 

There are occasions when residents identify repairs that are necessary in communal areas.

 

We would always urge people to report these repairs as soon as possible and we will be happy inspect and undertake the work if applicable.

 

If tenants are aware that damage is being caused by an individual or groups of individuals, we would welcome information that could lead to those people being charged with the costs, rather than the costs falling to rent payers.
