To find out just how you feel, Market Research UK an established market research organisation took a sample survey to establish tenant satisfaction with the housing service provided to tenants living in its 20,800 properties.
Random samples
We carried out the 652 randomly sampled telephone interviews to:
- Establish how satisfied our tenants are with the housing services using the STATUS survey template as the basis for the questionnaire with additional questions
- Identify service areas that need improvement
- Compare satisfaction with services over time, specifically over the last few years
- Compare our performance with other comparable London Boroughs
The report retains the anonymity of individual respondents.
