Our newly re-launched estate inspections are a great way for tenants and residents to show staff what their concerns are on your estate.
Estate Inspections give the opportunity to walk around your estate with council housing officers highlighting particular environmental concerns or maintenance you would like to see in the area specific to where you live.
By bringing problems to the attention of our staff you are far more likely to have the issues resolved quicker or give you advice on how to resolve the problem. We may be able to take action immediately or go away with the problems and get back to you at a later date.
