Written notices

 

This section sets out how we will 'serve' you notices and where you send notices you want to 'serve' on us.

 

17.1 We will serve all notices (for example, a notice of seeking possession and notice to quit) to your last known address.

 

17.1a We will treat your last known address as the property this agreement is for, unless you tell us you have moved.

 

17.2 We will assume that you have received all letters and notices:
