As well as being able to see a housing adviser at our offices at John Smith House, the Housing Advice Team also hold surgeries at the Gascoigne Aid and Advice Service, and Thames Side Community Support Service.

You can drop into these surgeries and make an appointment to see a housing adviser to discuss any of the following issues.
- Landlord/Private rented sector problems
- Possession proceedings
- Relationship breakdown/Tenancy implications
- Your rights to stay in your home
- Homelessness prevention and options
You can also make an appointment to see an adviser at the Customer Services Offices at John Smith House, Bevan Avenue, Barking, IG11 9LL.
