From 7 February 2005 we started to process liquor licences along with the existing licences that we are already responsible for.

 

Below are all documents and application forms that cover the Licensing Act 2003. We have provided the regulations, application forms and guidance notes.

 

A list of responsible authorities|

When applying for a premises licence or a club premises certificate a copy of the application must be served to all of those listed on the same day.

Application Forms

Licensing Act 2003 covers a wide variety of licensable activities and the licensing of different types of events and premises. More information about individual licences can be found below.

 

Club Premises|

This deals with clubs who wish to carry out licensable activities for the example The Royal British Legion.

 

Premises|

This deals with premises who wish to carry out licensable activities.

 

Personal Licences|

A personal licence is required by anyone who wishes to become a responsible person enabling them to authorise the sale and supply of alcohol.

 

Temporary Event Notices|

Temporary Events cover relatively small scale ad hoc events involving no more than 499 people at any one time. It includes activities such as supply and sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night hot refreshments and snacks. The event can be held either in a fixed building, marquee or an open space.
