An occasional sale is a sale including 5 or more stalls, vehicles or pitches. Sales know as 'Boot Sales' will fall within this definition.
The exception to the rule are sales held inside buildings or on a highway are excluded from the definition and do not have to be licensed as occasional sales.
The following are other exceptions that are excluded from the definition of Occasional Sales.
The fee for this licence differs according to the amount of stalls, vehicles or pitches.
