This strategy assesses the impact our team and service has in our community including our services aimed at tackling domestic violence and hate crime.
We share responsibility with the community housing offices for developing Landlord Services antisocial behaviour policies and act as link between Landlord Services and key partners like the police and Fire Brigade.
The team has an officer based with the police Community Safety Unit on a part-time basis, and coordinates the sharing of information of racist incidents with other council departments and partners.
We also coordinate the Fire Safety Partnership which is a partnership with the Fire Brigade.
The policies we examine are in Landlord Services antisocial behaviour policies and procedures. We are required by the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003 to publish them and make them available to the public.
