Process for hate incident reports to the Council

 

1st working day

3rd working day

Where safe to do so your Specialist Council Officer will contact you by telephone to discuss your case and possible interventions.

 

During this discussion the Specialist Council Officer will consider what risks can be identified using our Risk Identification Tool. You and your Specialist Council Officer and will then agree actions.

 

14th working day

You will be contacted by the Designated Lead to gauge satisfaction and check no repeat incidents.

 

When case is completed

Final outcome will be noted on our database. Outcome fed back to originating professional.
