The cost of hiring a Community Hall in Barking and Dagenham varies according to the size and the facilities available. Community Halls are divided into 2 price categories, A and B, as listed below.
£205 Minimum Charge (including first 4 hours), Additional hours £41 per hour.
£152.50 Minimum Charge (including first 4 hours), Additional hours £30.50 per hour.
£260 Minimum Charge (including first 4 hours), Additional hours £52 per hour (The Sunday hire rate is 25% above the Saturday rate).
Ripple Hall and Seabrook Hall are available for Sunday hire until 10pm only.
+ 8% Public Liability Insurance cover (See Clause 28 of the Letting Regulations)
+ £150 returnable deposit (See Clause 32 of the Letting Regulations)
Fanshawe, Seabrook and Thames View Halls can be booked till midnight.
However, the last hour incurs an additional premium of 50% on top of the original hourly rate. Therefore the charges for 11pm to midnight for Fanshawe and Seabrook Hall is £58.50 and Thames View Hall £43.50.

These are charged the above rates, less 25%. Please include details on the booking form.
An account will be raised asking for 50% of the hire fee, and the remainder will be due 4 weeks prior to the booking.

A Caretaker will be on site to open and close the hall.
All catering and disco equipment must be removed at the end of booking. We regret that it is not possible to deliver items to the halls on Friday or collect them on Sunday.
