The Adult and Community Services Department are committed to providing accurate information about our services to all members of the local community.

If you would like any of our leaflets translated or you need the help of an interpreter, please contact our Adult Intake and Access Team on 020 8227 2915.

If no one is available please leave a message with your contact details.

If you would like an information leaflet produced in an alternative format, e.g. audiotape, braille, large print or disc please contact the Access Officer.

The Access Officer in conjunction with the Access Group of Barking and Dagenham meet the public on a regular basis to discuss access issues in the borough. To attend this meeting members of the public are advised to contact the access officer.
