Family Support Team

How will I be involved?

 

You will be involved in working closely with the Family Worker. This is done through discussions and setting targets. These targets will be monitored on a weekly basis to help you cope and manage difficult behaviour.

 

Regular reviews including discussions about the frequency of the sessions will take place. There will also be a planned ending to the sessions.
