Family Support Team

How can I get help from the Family Support Team?

 

You can speak to your child's school about concerns you may have and they can refer you to the Family Support Team if they feel it is appropriate.

 

When the Family Support Team receives a referral, the manager will contact you and arrange a time to meet you to talk about the areas you are finding difficult.
