Family and Targeted Support for Young People

Family Support Team

The Family Support Team works as part of the multi-disciplinary Behaviour and Education Support Team.

They work alongside the Behaviour Support Team, Community Educational Psychology and schools to 'raise attendance rates, improve behaviour, reduce exclusions and reduce street crime.'

The aim of the team is to provide preventive family support services and the primary focus is on assisting parents to manage children's behaviour.
