If your child is receiving extra teaching as part of school action or school action plus, they might have an individual education plan.

The child's class teacher, possibly with the help of the Special Educational Needs Coordinator, will record the strategies planned to help your child progress. The individual education plan will include information about:

The individual education plan should only record what is different from what is in place for the rest of the group or class. There should be no more than 3 or 4 targets.
