The family support team can provide practical and emotional support to parents and carers. This can range from advice on managing budgets to establishing positive routines and managing challenging behaviour. Clients are usually referred by agencies or can also refer themselves for this service. Home visits are made by appointment.

This is a group combining music and movement, which encourages children to learn new words and develop listening and turn-taking skills. It is for all parents/carers and children under 5 years.

This is a drop-in activity group for parents and carers with children aged from 0-5 years. Admission is on a 'first come first serve' basis, in which only the first 15 children are admitted. It is recommended that you arrive early as it does get very busy.

This 12 week course is open to all parents and carers of children up to 5 years. It allows small groups of parents and carers to learn new skills, helping you cope with your child's behaviour and to build positive parent-child relationships. You can share experiences, learn from each other and give each other support. The course helps to build your confidence and self-esteem in a relaxed, non-threatening environment. Places must be booked. Crèche facilities are available.
