The sleep clinic provides a one to one service to discuss problems and to provide the knowledge to identify and recognise sleep problems or sleep habits within children who are over 6 months old.
Each session will last about half an hour and will be designed specifically to your needs. We do not allow children to these sessions so you will need to arrange childcare for these half hour sessions.

A walk round Parsloes Park, these are organised walks with a trained leader for anyone wishing to improve their health and fitness. This will be ideal for families, walkers and non walkers, children in buggies are welcome. The walk is 1.7 miles long and should take approximately 40 minutes.

This clinic provides support, advice and all your ante-natal care. Appointments are made through the midwife.

The clinic is run by the health visitors for children from birth to 5 years. This is an opportunity for you to get your child weighed and speak to a health visitor about any problems.
