We are currently conducting a review of childcare provision in the borough for children aged 0-18 years old, as well as an assessment of future childcare needs.
As part of this review, we would like to find out if the current childcare provision is meeting the needs of you and your family.
We would be most grateful if you could fill in the attached questionnaire about your current use of childcare and possible future childcare needs. This information will enable us to plan future childcare developments.
All information provided will remain anonymous and confidential and treated in accordance with the data protection act.
Please return the form as soon as possible to the address shown, email it to rikke.damsgaard@lbbd.gov.uk or hand it in at your childcare setting or school.
All completed questionnaires will be entered into our prize draw, with a £100 supermarket voucher as the first prize.
The findings of this survey and the childcare sufficiency assessment will be published on Barking and Dagenham's website.
This survey is also available in large print, Braille, and translated versions can be made available on request.
